Exhibition of Designs by Zoroastrian Artist Nima Talayi

The design exhibition “Eyes Speak” by Zoroastrian artist Nima Talayi opened on Thursday, September 18, 2025.

Farzaneh Namiranian, Nima’s mother, told Amordad: “The exhibition features 44 works, all created in colored pencil and graphite. The first day was very satisfying—several painters and art experts were drawn to Nima’s work and engaged in discussions, and even a documentary filmmaker recorded footage to showcase the exhibition abroad. Overall, I am very pleased.”

The exhibition is open daily, except Saturdays, at the Mirmiran Gallery in the House of Iranian Artists. It will run until Friday, October 4, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., welcoming all art enthusiasts to view Nima’s drawings and designs.

Nima Talayi, a determined and talented artist, has lived with a physical disability since childhood and has pursued his art with perseverance and creativity. His works convey both skill and optimism. Born in 1983 (solar Hijri 1362), Nima held his first design exhibition in the winter of 2011 at Haftan Gallery. Another exhibition of his designs took place in the fall of 2013 at the Zoroastrian House of Culture and Art, and in 2018, his creations were once again presented to the public.
