Director of “Bazmandeh” Apologizes to the People of Iran

The widespread public reaction to the insult directed at national symbols in the online program “Bazmandeh” has led the director of the series to issue an apology.

In a video message, Saeed Talebi accepted full responsibility for the mistakes that occurred on set and apologized to compatriots in Iran and across the world. He emphasized that the crew and performers bore no guilt in this matter, stating that they possessed “nothing but love for this land and love for this soil.”

In the Bazmandeh program, participants were seen throwing sandbags at Iranian symbols, including the Shir-Dal of Persepolis and the Derafsh-e Kaviani.

Saeed Talebi was born in 1356 (1986) in Tehran and holds a PhD in Private Law. In addition to practicing law, he is also active in screenwriting and producing films and theatre.
