Report on the Allocation of 300 billion IRR for Zoroastrian Community Infrastructure Development

Behshid Barkhordar, the representative of the Zoroastrian community in the Iranian Parliament, presented a report detailing the allocation of special infrastructure funds provided to the Zoroastrian community by the Parliament. With the assistance of Ahura Mazda,

Through follow-up efforts with the Plan and Budget Department, the initial allocation of infrastructure funds to the Zoroastrian community was distributed among the provinces of Fars, Isfahan, Kerman, Yazd, Alborz, and Tehran. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Organization for Management and Budget and the Zoroastrian associations for their support.

Having comprehensive infrastructure development plans is crucial for attracting further infrastructure funds for the coming year, and this should be a priority for the associations.

The allocations are as follows:

Tehran Province: 70 billion IRR for the renovation and equipping of the Navshirvan and Firuz Bahram schools.

Yazd Province: 100 billion IRR for hot asphalt on the road leading to Pire Harisht, the renovation and equipping of Diniyari Elementary School, and the Margher Yezd Secondary School.

Kerman Province: 50 billion IRR for asphalt on the road leading to the Zoroastrian cemetery.

Fars Province: 30 billion IRR.

Alborz Province: 30 billion IRR.

Isfahan Province: 20 billion IRR.
