Jamshidjam Elementary School celebrated its new first-grade students with a vibrant Shokoufeha Festival.
The event, marking the beginning of the 1403-1404 academic year, took place on Tuesday, Shahrivar 27 (September 17), at 8:30 AM. Eleven eager first-grade students arrived at the school with bright smiles, ready to embark on their educational journey. The Flower Festival provided a joyful occasion for families and friends to celebrate this memorable day.
The new students were warmly welcomed by their teachers, the principal, and the administrative and educational staff of Jamshidjam Elementary School. They had the opportunity to meet their classmates and get familiar with the school environment.
Key staff members, including Principal Noushin Pashoutan, First Grade Teacher Fatemeh Seyedi, Religious Teacher Firouzeh Foroudi, Deputy Education Officer Anahita Javanmardian, and Executive Vice President Ferashteh Shamardani, addressed the students and parents, outlining the educational plans for the year ahead.
As part of the festivities, students received gifts, textbook packages, and enjoyed breakfast.
Founded in 1285 (1906), Jamshidjam Elementary School is one of six schools operated by the Zoroastrian Association of Tehran. It has a long tradition of educating Zoroastrian students from first through sixth grade, with many graduates advancing to higher education.
