The position of the International Organization of Spiritual Civilization

Suppose the term Jules Verneism can be considered and named as a school connected with Jules Verne’s mythical writings and views, perhaps if it cannot be proved easily and with sufficient logical arguments and scientific references, ‌in Jules Verne’s school. Along with nearly 80 of his books, articles, and fictional legends, it can take up little space until it may one day be proven and put into practice. First, a summary of Jules Verne’s life:

Jules Gabriel Verne (February 8, 1828 – March 24, 1905) was a French writer, poet, and playwright best known for writing adventure stories that transformed the world of science fiction. Jules Verne has had the most translated literary works after Agatha Christie. Jules Verne was born into a wealthy family in the port city of Nantes, France. At his father’s request, he completed his law studies, but his taste in playwriting and novel writing helped him to gradually switch to literature.

Though he was not successful in the beginning and also financially strained, but later on he progressed rapidly. Verne’s collaboration with Pierre-Jules Etzel Publishing led to the creation of a series of amazing travels that were adventurous and popular, the most important of which was the journey to the center of the earth (1864), twenty thousand miles under the sea (1870) and around the world in eighty days. (1873). He is the second author whose books have had the most translations into various world languages since 1979. Before and after him are Agatha Christie and Shakespeare, respectively. Jules Verne, who lived seventy-seven years, has written nearly 80 long and short stories, plus research papers and articles. It is easy to write, create stories and new ideas, but the difficult part is to implement those ideas. The physical and value position of the International Organization of Spiritual Civilization can be carefully and patiently discussed, and the hypothesis reached by the author can be reviewed, approved by the elders and experts, or re-discussed with modifications.

Like in various discussions, related issues have been analyzed so far, the International Organization of Spiritual Civilizations complements the United Nations and its affiliated bodies. From the perspective of spiritual civilization, it meets the value needs of that organization and prevents emerging conflicts. We will act globally. Designing these subjects and interpreting their value role takes a lot of work and experts can write a lot about them while capturing all details.  With the help of these texts we can move towards development of spiritual civilization. Further analyzes of this kind are needed to determine similar positions for other global organizations to monitor their performance, which should be well planned and implemented by experts in these sciences.

Iranvich, or the land of the Aryans, was located in northern Iran, and its exact location is unknown, yet some suggestions have been made for its geographical location. Proposed sites from Kharazm on the shores of the Aral Sea in northern Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan, or the south or the northwest of Afghanistan are vast, from where the Indo-Iranians as well as the Indo-Europeans migrated some 4,000 to 5,000 years ago. We can say that this is when the civilization of India, Iran and Europe began, and in view of the history of India, Iran and some European countries this era of civilization can be considered. Thus, the greatness of Iran’s civilization throughout history can be studied and confirmed. Regardless of the author’s patriotism, independent studies can be made on the possibility of establishment, progress, and success of the International Organization for study of spirituality in one of the three proposed countries, i.e., India, Iran or Germany, the latter being the strongest European country that has the highest annual economic growth, as the most civilized country and the most suitable place to establish this organization.

As a first option, our beloved country, which was the cradle of a historical and ancient civilization, can be proposed for the initial establishment of this international organization. It is a complex and heavy debate that requires long meetings and a study of the world’s political history and the potential that has changed in the world before the First World War, and the current capabilities of each region and country. The US Constitution is based on the Charter of Human Rights of King Cyrus of Iran. In Persepolis, there is a building called the Palace of Nations of Persepolis, which is another reason why Iran was one of the most important centers of human civilization and international organizations. This building was built by Xerxes and its foundation is thought to have been put by Dariush the Great and completed by Xerxes,; hence it is also called the gateway of nations because representatives of all nations affiliated to Iran came into it, and then were led to other palaces.

It can be said that this palace was a kind of waiting room. This kind of use of this palace was the reason for given the name “Gateway of Nations” to this structure. In continuation of the serious discussions of determining the location of the International Organization of Spiritual Civilization, many factors can be considered, including the political history of each region, and its details can be analyzed, as was the case for the United Nations before World War I. However, the history of the civilization of each country, as one of the critical indicators should not be overlooked, and the ancient wisdom among the people and geniuses of this land can support the claim that our beloved country is the cradle of civilization, and once more in the past, with the scientists and the learned men that this land has bred, it has responded to this responsibility.

The international organization for study of spirituality does not require a long process for establishment, growth, maturity and professionalism, which the UN has gone through, but still some time will be needed to understand its culture by any and all countries. Here is a summary of the history of UNO’s establishment: After WWII ended, the League of Nations was replaced by United Nations Organization by the victorious countries, with the goal of preventing war in the future. On April 25, 1945, in San Francisco, 50 states began drafting the UN charter, which was approved by members on June 25 of that year. On October 24, 1945, the United Nations began its work with 51 member states. The Organization and its activities reflected, at that time, the global situation prevalent after the WWII. Following a series of post-World War II conferences, the United Nations was formally established by 51 member states during the San Francisco Conference on October 24, 1945, with 192 member states in 2006, which included almost all countries that were internationally recognized. A little about a time when the UNO was yet not founded: the idea of a peace-seeking community of nationals can be traced back to the book, “Sustainable Peace”, written by Immanuel Kant, in 1795.

In this book, Kant proposes the establishment of a community of nations in which conflicts between them can be solved and peace promoted. According to Kant, forming this community is not to create a world government but in the hope that every government can establish itself as an independent body, respect its citizens and recognize the citizens of other governments to enter and pass through its territories like rational beings, and as a result, promote peace for world community.  The first organization of international nations in the modern times (the UNO) was the League of Nations, and the establishment of this organization has been registered as 25 January 1919, the same day when its establishment was approved in Versailles. But, its first general assembly started to work a year later. The seat of this society, of which Iran was one of the early members, was the city of Geneva in the neutral country of Switzerland. The league gave no particular privilege and no veto to any member state. It was founded on the 14 principles of Woodrow Wilson, the then President of the United States, who was an academic member, to protect the peace and rights of its members. However, the US Senate disapproved of its membership in the League of Nations because it did not want to interfere in the affairs of other nations. The first meeting of this community was held on January 10, 1920.

The exit of some countries from this society weakened it even more. Each of these countries were protested by the League of Nations, and from 1933 upto 1940 they withdrew from the League of Nations.  In the League of Nations, the rights of the weaker nations were official crushed. Britain and its allies were in the political arena and the rest was just a show. One of the strange events that took place in this League was that the Soviet Union, which later joined the organization, was expelled illegally, in complete violation of the fundamental laws of the League of Nations, without a majority vote. Interestingly, Iran was also present in the “League of Nations” as a founding member and the first Muslim country since 1299. Yet, like many member states, it only was an audience where important issues were concerned.

The ” new world order ” is the critical argument that contradicts the civilization of spirituality because it does not recognize the rule of nations and, fortunately, has not yet been formed and rejected by experts, is the “new world order.” Some conspiracy theorists about the theory have spoken of a conspiracy that would fulfill Bible prophecy. In these theories, a person called the Antichrist will try to establish a global anti-religious and anti-Christ government in the end times. These prophecies are taken from the book of Daniel, the text of Ezekiel, and the book of Revelation. In these theories, a group of people, by accepting the devil, gained magical and supernatural powers, with the help of which they try to create a totalitarian international government. This government is led by Satan, the Prophet, and the Antichrist.

According to them, this prophet is the last head of the Catholic Church. On the other hand, some Christian scholars argue that the “new world order” theory has no basis in the Bible but is anti-biblical and fundamentally anti-Christian. As soon as the Gulf War ended, US President George W. Bush promised the establishment of a “new world order.” The study of the concept of “new world order” in the context of its historical development is of great importance; Because the historical course of this order from the last years of the fifteenth century has shown various forms and management of human societies, for the growth of a livable community in which all human institutions are subject to a series of universal rules, the ecclesiastical term “New World Order” It shows the will that in the desired order, a center of power with institutions that derive their existence from this power and are necessary to govern it must rule the world. And so it is a source of great happiness that the interests of humanity has always come to the rescue, and all irrational plans and movements have stopped, saving the human society from getting involved in new challenges.
