Historical research and field studies show that the culture of Iran is a culture of monotheism, compassion, tolerance, and justice. For this reason, the great heavenly religions that have invited mankind to godliness, morality, and philanthropists have thrived in this culture, and the followers of monotheistic religions such as Zoroastrians, Iranian Jews, Christians, Mandaeans, and Muslims have chosen this land as a suitable platform for their growth, development, and evolution.

As adviser to the President and on behalf of the government and the president, I wish to express my appreciation towards this scientific and cultural event. The efforts of the directors of the Zoroastrian Youth Organization and Farhavar Publications to hold the “Second Farhavar Award Festival” with the motive of paying the necessary attention to the history, culture, and languages of ancient Iran are commendable. While appreciating the establishment of this scientific and cultural festival by Farhavar Publications, I wish Nowruz and New Year to be a year full of pride, joy, and health for all dear Iranians.
