His nomination, recommended by Ali Goya, the new supervisor of Ramsar\u2019s Sports Department, was approved by Mazandaran\u2019s General Directorate of Sports and Youth and confirmed by the Fencing Association\u2019s leadership and Seyed Esmaeil Hashemi, Director General of Economy and Finance of Mazandaran.
