During a meeting between the Deputy Governor and Governor of Tehran and cultural directors at Malek Museum, Farahnaz Goshtasb, Cultural Director of Adrian Tehran, highlighted the importance of the Adrian complex on Si-Tir Street and called for the restoration of its deteriorated sections under the supervision of heritage authorities, along with the support of officials to reopen the anthropology exhibition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The meeting, held on Saturday, Mehr 20, 1404 (October 11, 2025), brought together cultural managers, city officials, and heritage representatives to review the condition of cultural sites and museums, share perspectives, discuss challenges, and propose practical solutions for cultural management.<\/p>\n

Farahnaz Goshtasb, expressing gratitude to the Tehran Municipality for its support in managing Nowruz tourism tours, discussed several challenges facing the Adrian cultural complex. She emphasized the significance of Parsi heritage sites on Si-Tir Street and the need for expert-supervised restoration across different sections of Adrian. She also noted that the anthropology and cultural exhibition had been closed due to building deterioration and stressed that it was one of the city\u2019s most visited cultural sites, requiring both structural restoration and collaboration from responsible authorities for its reopening.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Hossein Khosh Eghbal, Deputy Governor and Governor of Tehran; Kambiz Karimi, Political and Social Deputy of the Governorate; Seyed Ahmad Alavi, City Council member and Cultural Commission representative; Abu Hamzeh, Director of Heritage; and several museum directors. Kambiz Rostami, part of the Adrian management team, also participated.<\/p>\n
