Throughout my career, I have aimed to combine engineering expertise with Iranian wisdom and virtuous conduct, applying them toward the development, sustainable progress, and enhancement of the quality of life for the people of Iran.<\/p>\n<p>Driven by my passion for Zoroastrian culture, the ideal of truthfulness, and the prosperity of our homeland, I am committed to guiding the Tehran Zoroastrian Association\u2014alongside you\u2014toward meaningful and lasting transformation. By leveraging collective wisdom, engineering knowledge, the principles of Asha, and a love for the future of our community and country, I intend to lead the association with a modern, scientific, and program-focused approach, emphasizing financial transparency and maximum community involvement to build a vibrant, efficient, and inspiring institution.<\/p>\n<p>Our community faces serious challenges today: an aging population, limited financial resources, weakened trust, and young people who have either emigrated or become isolated. The solution is not a retreat to the past or empty rhetoric, but a thoughtful, technological, and inclusive transformation.<\/p>\n<p>My vision for the association includes restructuring leadership and management, optimizing the use of endowments and assets, addressing youth employment and marriage challenges, promoting cultural growth, strengthening social unity, and creating an environment where every Zoroastrian can proudly and confidently thrive in society.<\/p>\n<p>My program is founded on the three core principles of Zoroaster\u2019s teachings\u2014Good Thoughts, Good Words, and Good Deeds\u2014and generally includes the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing a systematic framework for the association using modern tools and complete transparency, to build a dynamic, sustainable, effective, and results-driven organization.<\/li>\n<li>Empowering all members through education, guidance, and support, with a special focus on youth, women, and the elderly.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing a sustainable economy based on innovation and intelligent use of existing capital, endowments, and other resources.<\/li>\n<li>Fostering connections between generations through various initiatives, including the \u201cMehrAyin Project,\u201d aimed at facilitating youth employment and marriage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I firmly believe that:<br \/>\nIntegrity and honesty are the foundation of sound leadership.<br \/>\nCollective wisdom is the association\u2019s greatest asset.<br \/>\nYoung people are the future and must have a central role in decision-making.<br \/>\nThe experience of our elders serves as our guiding light and support.<\/p>\n<p>Together, with good thoughts, good words, and good deeds\u2014alongside joy, wisdom, and adherence to the path of Asha\u2014we can build a capable, honorable, and proud association for the Zoroastrians of Tehran and Iran, and pass it on to future generations.<\/p>\n<p>May it be so.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your trust and support.<br \/>\nFarhad Ardeshiri Mobarakeh<br \/>\nCandidate for the 46th Board of Directors of the Tehran Zoroastrian Association<br \/>\nWith a systemic, cultural, and forward-looking approach inspired by integrity and the Iranian Faravahar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greetings to my respected fellow Zoroastrians, I am Farhad Ardeshiri Mobarakeh, rooted in Iranian culture, an electrical engineer, consultant, designer, technical inspector, and senior energy auditor with over 30 years of effective scientific and practical experience in the nation\u2019s industries.
