The program started with Gathas recitation by Negar Bozorgchami, followed by group prayer performed by Shahnaz Pashutanizadeh, for the well-being of all Zoroastrians. An interview followed with Negar Bozorgchami, Doctor of Pharmacy from Shahid Beheshti University, on the subject of &#8220;overweight and obesity&#8221;, its definition and types, reasons and causes of occurrence in different people, how to diagnose and symptoms of the disease, methods of treatment, diet and proper nutrition for obese people,&#8221; which was followed by various questions and answers.<\/p>\n<p>Mehrangiz Zahabi gave a short speech on Chelleh night ceremony and its traditions, and then read poems from Hafez.\u00a0 The participants were entertained with chelleh nuts. Beautiful, knitted pieces on the occasion of Chelleh night, prepared by Adokht Behmardi, were presented to the participants.\u00a0 The ceremony continued with the performance of traditional songs by Shahin Shirmardi, accompanied by &#8220;arbuneh&#8221;.
