Dr. Ardeshir Khorshidian, Winner of the 13th Iranian Ophthalmology Festival

Iran Ophthalmology Festival is held in March every year to identify and introduce the best scientific-research models of the Iranian Society of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and commemorate the worthy and intelligent of this medical field. In this ceremony, Dr. Ardeshir Khorshidian, the selected ophthalmologist in the 13th Iranian Ophthalmology Festival, will be commemorated for his valuable and effective services in health research, entrepreneurship, construction, and operation of medical centers.

Dr Ardeshir Khorshidian is a specialist in the field of eye diseases and eye surgeries since 1981. He tried to be one of the most notable ophthalmologists in the country; by passing complimentary ophthalmology courses inside and outside Iran and pioneering in studying new and advanced eye surgery methods, he has worked towards becoming one of the most reputable eye specialists of the country and thus being able to serve his patients in the best possible way.  Reverend Dr Khorshidian is one of the learned members of the Zoroastrian community.

The festival of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, in collaboration with Professor Mohammad Gholi Shams Foundation, Tarjoman Ophthalmology Center, and Farabi Specialty Hospital, will be held under health codes issued by Ministry of Health and with the presence of limited selected guests.  The ceremony for commemoration of the chosen guests.

The commemorating ceremony of the 13th Iranian Ophthalmology Festival winners will be broadcast virtually on Thursday, March 4, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
