Khorshid Nahid was honored as one of the outstanding nurses at Farokhi (Shahid Rahnamoon) Hospital in Yazd during a ceremony held on Thursday, 18 Dey 1404 (January 8, 2026). She is currently serving in the hospital’s Neurosurgery 1 department.
A fellow Zoroastrian, Nahid earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Azad University, Yazd, in 1389 (2010). Over her 15-year career, she has worked in multiple departments, including ICU, Pediatric ICU, Neurology, and Neurosurgery, first at Shahid Sadoughi Hospital and later at Shahid Rahnamoon Hospital.
Khorshid Nahid has previously received recognition for her dedication, being named Outstanding Nurse at Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in 1396 (2017) and at Shahid Rahnamoon Hospital in 1401 (2023).
