Mobedyar Beman Mehrabani was laid to rest; the ceremony attended by fellow Zoroastrians, at his eternal resting place. The funeral took place on Monday, 1 Dey 1404 (22 December 2025) at Qasre Firouzeh Cemetery in Tehran, with participation from members of the Zoroastrian community and led by Mobed Ardeshir Mehrabani, an Avesta reciter.
After the burial, attendees gathered in Ostad Hall to honor his memory, listening to speeches by Sohrab Salamati, head of the Zoroastrian Association of Sharifabad in Tehran (Asha), and Mobed Pedram Soroushpour, a member of the Mobedan Association, who reflected on his virtues and contributions.
Beman Mehrabani, son of Dowlat and Fariborz Mehrabani, was born on 4 Tir 1322 (25 June 1943) in Sharifabad, Yazd, and passed away on 29 Azar 1404 (19 December 2025), coinciding with Spandarmad Izad, at Firouzgar Hospital in Tehran.
