The Maryamabad Zoroastrian Association announced the completion of various restoration and maintenance activities at the Seti Pir Shrine.
According to the association, tasks such as cleaning and dredging the water reservoir, repairing the water pump, plumbing work, and restoring the shrine’s rear walls were carried out under supervision of Maryamabad Zoroastrian association and heritage authorities, with support from generous donors.
Donors Contributing to Seti Pir:
- Beman Khodadad Shahriar Najmi, in memory of Khodadad Shahriar Najmi and Firoozeh Mal Beman (Pilo), donated 350 million IRR.
- Fariborz Jahangir Najmi, in memory of Jahangir Khodadad Najmi, Mehrbanoo Bahram Najmi, and Dinyar Bahram Shesh-Baradaran, contributed 350 million IRR toward the repair and reconstruction of the shrine’s walls.
The Seti Pir Shrine, located on the eastern side of Yazd, is overseen and managed by the Maryamabad Zoroastrian association.
