Eighth-grade students attending Zoroastrian religious classes in Yazd showcased a variety of ceremonial tables at the Markar Campus.
On the afternoon of Thursday, Mehr 24, 1404, teachers and fellow students visited the displays, organized under the guidance of Khodadad Khosroviani, the religious instructor. During the event, students learned about the structure and symbolism of each ceremonial table.
- Group One presented the Nowruz table — participants: Behshad Farmanbordari and Yekta Mali, with Gord Afarid Mobed, led by Mahyar Sohrabi.
- Group Two arranged the Gahanbar table — participants: Noushad Namdari, Ariamehr Kaviyanipour, Nasha Ghadir, and Kianaz Keshmiri, led by Pariya Goshasbi.
- Group Three set up the Mehregan table — participants: Nika Najmi, Asha Mavandadi, Kian Mehrkam, and Rastin Ghadrdan, led by Mehrnoush Mali.
- Group Four displayed the Gavah-giri (confirmation) table — participants: Pedram Goshtasbi, Padina Bahramifar, and Saina Mehrbani, led by Pouya Vakhshur.
- Group Five prepared the Annual Ceremony table — participants: Radmehr Kalantari, Mahan Mehrshahi, and Aida Golzari, led by Avina Mali.
The event offered students an opportunity to connect with the spiritual and cultural meanings behind Zoroastrian traditions through hands-on experience.
