On Saturday, 19 Mehr, Jamshidjam Boys’ Elementary School hosted a healthy nutrition festival focused on eggs. Students brought eggs prepared in various ways and shared a wholesome breakfast with their classmates.
In recent years, World Egg Day has become an important occasion in schools. Students are taught to include eggs in their daily diet, whether boiled or fried, as eggs are a complete source of nutrition rich in protein and essential amino acids, supporting both physical and mental development.
Founded in 1285 SH (1906–1907 CE), Jamshidjam Elementary is one of six schools under the Tehran Zoroastrian Association and educates Zoroastrian students from first to sixth grade. The school is led by Noushin Pashoutan.
