Students of Dinyari elementary school, in historic Yazd, celebrate Mehregan at their school.
The event was held on Wednesday, Mehr 9, 1404, at the boys’ branch of Dinayari Elementary. The celebration featured Gatha recitations, poetry performances, and a lecture on the significance and philosophy of Mehregan delivered by Mobed Fariba Mali. Students also received white caps from Banoo Shahryar, and the family of student Behnam Namdari treated attendees with sweets.
Dinayari Elementary is the only boys’ school dedicated to Zoroastrian students in Yazd province, under the management of Fariba Gheybi.
