On Monday morning, 31 Shahrivar 1404, Guiv Girls’ Elementary School welcomed its first-grade students with the traditional Blossoms Celebration.
Accompanied by their families, the students experienced their first day at school through cheerful and memorable activities. The event began with Afshin Namiranian ringing the opening bell, followed by readings from the Quran and Avesta. Namiranian, Niloufar Haji Hosseinlou, the school’s educational deputy, and principal Fatemeh Salmanzadeh warmly greeted the students as they embarked on their journey of learning.
Students then went to their classrooms for the first time, meeting their teachers and becoming familiar with their new learning environment.
Guiv Elementary, one of six schools under the Tehran Zoroastrian Association, boasts over 70 years of educational history. Founded by Arbab Rostam Guiv in the early years of modern schooling, it continues to provide a nurturing environment for young students.
