The second anniversary memorial ceremony for Shahnaz Shahzadi was held at the deceased’s residence.
Starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025 (5th of Tir 1404), the ceremony featured prayers led by Mobead Mehrban Afarin. Among those present were Gohar Shahzadi, Shahnaz’s sister, and Gohar’s spouse.
The late Shahnaz Shahzadi was a compassionate and thoughtful woman, widely respected as one of the leading figures in the Zoroastrian community. She made a lasting impact by founding the Yaneshevaran Mantra Association and the Gatehapuyan Group, both dedicated to preserving and promoting Zoroastrian culture and faith.
Born on October 22, 1955 (30 Mehr 1334), Shahnaz Shahzadi passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023 (5th of Tir 1402), after many years of dedicated service.
