A one-day self-leadership workshop, led by Radman Khorshidian and organized in partnership with the Zoroastrian Youth Commission of Kerman, was recently conducted.
The Educational Council of the Zoroastrian Youth Commission of Kerman provided a report on the event to Amordad news agency.
According to the report, aiming to enhance both personal and social awareness among members of the Zoroastrian community in Kerman, the Youth Commission held a training session on “Self-Leadership” on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The workshop was attended by 25 interested participants and took place at the Ardeshir Hemmati Club, starting at 8:30 a.m. Radman Khorshidian, a seasoned instructor with extensive experience in self-leadership and futures studies, who has been actively involved in numerous social initiatives, conducted the course.
In this session, Radman Khorshidian started by explaining how the course would be delivered and introduced himself to the attendees, posing several questions for reflection. Afterwards, each participant briefly shared their understanding of themselves and their identity. The core concepts of self-leadership were then discussed in detail. Participants—from the youngest, 12-year-old Arad Kiyumarthi, to the others—not only absorbed the presented material but also actively engaged in an open dialogue, exchanging ideas, sharing viewpoints, and asking questions. Their active involvement greatly enhanced the depth and vitality of the discussions.
At the end of the session, the Zoroastrian Youth Commission of Kerman presented Radman Khorshidian with a commemorative gift in appreciation of his participation. Refreshments were also served to all attendees during the event.
The program concluded at 12:30 p.m. and was organized and coordinated by the Educational Council members of the Zoroastrian Youth Commission—Arioman Farvahari, Roxana Kiyumarthi, Helena Gashtasian, and Abtin Zandkhavari—with support from Abtin Bakhtiari.
