Setareh Sistani, a promising talent discovered at the Babak Kharasheh Volleyball Cup, has been invited to join the training camp for Iran’s national under-16 volleyball team. This opportunity is aimed at developing her skills and helping her become a new star in girls’ volleyball.
According to Pantea Babakan, director of the Babak Kharasheh Sports Complex, after identifying Sistani as a rising talent, it was decided—under Babakan’s support—that she would join the national team camp. There, she will receive advanced training under the supervision of Sudeh Rezaei and Lee Dohee, head coach of Iran’s women’s national volleyball team from South Korea.
Setareh Sistani was recognized as a volleyball prospect while playing for the Niloufar Rostam Bagh team during the Babak Kharasheh Volleyball Cup held in Ordibehesht 1404 (April-May 2025).
