Ongoing Gathas Recitation Classes at the Adrian Temple of Tehran

Dadbeh Owrangi, member of the executive board and coordinator of the Gathas recitation courses at the Adrian Temple of Tehran, announced that classes in word analysis, Din-Dabireh (the Zoroastrian religious script), and melodious Gathas recitation will continue throughout the year 1404 (2025), in collaboration with the Zoroastrian Students’ Association. He invited Zoroastrian children, adolescents, youth, and interested community members to take part in the program.

Owrangi emphasized that these classes are exclusively for Zoroastrians and are held annually, free of charge, in response to growing interest from current students, participants of the Manthra gathering, and other enthusiasts. The only requirement for participation, he noted, is a genuine commitment to learning and engagement.

The new term began on Friday, Farvardin 29, 1404 (April 18, 2025), and sessions are organized by age group: under 10, 10–13, 13–18, and 18 and above. Classes take place every Friday morning and afternoon at the Adrian Temple of Tehran, with the possibility of expanding to other days of the week if attendance increases.
