Congratulatory Message from the President’s Special Assistant

Seyed Mahmoud Alavi: Zarathushtra was the messenger of monotheism in Iran and the world

Hojjat al-Islam Seyed Mahmoud Alavi, Special Assistant to the President and Chairman of the Council for Ethnicities, Religions, and Sects, extended his congratulations on the birth anniversary of Zoroaster, the messenger of monotheism, honoring him as a key figure in both Iran and the world.

The congratulatory message from the Special Assistant to the President reads as follows:

Zoroaster was the messenger of monotheism in both Iran and the world. It fills us with pride that Iran is the cradle of monotheism, and Iranians are the world’s oldest monotheistic people.

Zoroastrians observe the 6th of Farvardin as the day when happiness is shared among all human beings, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or religion. As such, Iranians refer to this day as the “Day of Hope.”

On this blessed day, while celebrating Zoroaster’s birth and Nowruz with our Zoroastrian compatriots, I pray for peace, serenity, and joy for all of humanity, asking for God’s blessings.
