The Zoroastrian Association of Kerman stated the Amordad website, addressing concerns over parts of the summary of the Associations and Organizations Conference report.
The statement draws attention to certain sections of the report that, according to the association, may jeopardize the independence of Zoroastrian organizations.
The full text of the statement from the Zoroastrian Association of Kerman is as follows:

Following the resolutions passed at the Zoroastrian Associations, Institutions, and Organizations Conference, held on 6th and 7th of Dey 1403 and hosted by the esteemed Zoroastrian Association of Yazd, we would like to inform that certain parts of the resolution are not endorsed by the Zoroastrian Association of Kerman. Specifically, in clause three, it states:
“With due respect to all heads and members of associations, institutions and organizations, a 7-month period has been given to express their gratitude towards Dr Ekhtiari, and also the same time has been given to him to acknowledge the end of his term in Islamic Consultative Assembly, after 16 years of service. As a result, from 10/10/1403 (1 January 2025) the presidents of the respective associations, and I, as member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and all individuals appointed by me, may speak at all events, celebrations, gahanbars, etc. Dr Ekhtiari can attend these events as any other co-religionist, or intellectuals. Though, after end of his term Dr Mobed Niknam was not granted even a month.”
The Zoroastrian Association of Kerman firmly believes that this resolution undermines the autonomy of the associations, as set forth in the Articles of Association approved by the Ministry of the Interior. The Association asserts that it has the sole authority to make decisions and extend invitations for speeches at any event. The representative may only speak at events hosted by the Zoroastrian Association of Kerman with their explicit invitation and approval.
