Sepandarmazgan, the celebration of women, earth, and life, took place on the afternoon of Saturday, February 15th (27th of Bahman) at the Zoroastrian Center of California (Orange County).
The event began with the recitation of a verse from the Stut Yasna, followed by a lecture on the role and significance of women in ancient Persia. The celebration also featured performances by musicians and singers, adding to the festive atmosphere.
