Commander Mehdi Beyraqi, the head of the Publishing Office for Theoretical Research and Strategic Studies of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, expressed his appreciation for Ramtin Houshangi, the author of The Application of Biotechnology in the Aquaculture Industry. Houshangi dedicated the book to the Zoroastrian Iranian martyrs who sacrificed their lives during the eight-year Iran-Iraq war.
In his acknowledgment, Commander BiraBeyraqi qi highlighted that the book was showcased at the Navy’s booth at the Peace and Defense Exhibition held at the command university of the Iranian army, where it was well-received by visitors.
Ramtin Houshangi is also co-author of “Fish Nutrition” with focus on growth and immunity and currently serves as the head of the Ramsar County Fencing Federation and the secretary of the Ramsar Environmental Secretariat. His efforts in writing The Application of Biotechnology in the Aquaculture Industry earned him the commendation of Commander Mehdi Beyraqi.
In a previous interview with the Amordad website, Ramtin Houshangi shared insights about his book, saying:
“Writing The Application of Biotechnology in the Aquaculture Industry was a demanding and time-intensive process, but thankfully, the outcome has been exceptional. I co-authored this book with Sadna Ghotouri and Commander Dr. Hamid Ramin Shayegan, the former head of the Navy’s Center for Strategic Studies and Theoretical Research. It was published in 2023 by Nastaeen Publications and showcased in the Navy’s Theoretical Research and Strategic Studies booth during the Peace and Defense Exhibition at the Command and Staff University of the Army. I dedicated this book to the Zoroastrian Iranian martyrs.”
