Mobed Shahryar Nirousangi, son of the late Firouzeh Nooshiravan Belivani and Mobed Khodadad Nirousangi, passed away.
The late Shahryar Nirousangi was born on the 10th of Azar, 1326 (November 30, 1947) in Sharifabad, Ardakan, and passed away on the 17th of Bahman, 1403 (February 6, 2025), in Tehran.
His wife is Firouzeh Vafadari and their children are Ashkan and Farnoush Nirousangi.
The late Mobed Nirousangi was the Mobed of Rostam-Bagh, Tehranpars, and Sharifabad, Yazd.
His burial ceremony took place at 3 PM on Saturday, the 20th of Bahman, 1403 (February 9, 2025), at the Ghasr-e Firouzeh cemetery in Tehran.
According to the late Mobed’s relatives, to facilitate fellow Zoroastrians’ transport, buses left at 2 PM on the same day from Rostam-Bagh and the Tehran Fire Temple to the Ghasr-e Firouzeh cemetery.
The memorial ceremony for the late Mobed was also held on Thursday, the 25th of Bahman, 1403 (February 14, 2025), from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Iraj Hall.
The costs for organizing the religious ceremonies were directed towards charitable purposes.
Amordad, along with heartfelt condolences, wished health and patience to the family and loved ones of the late Mobed.
