Sharifabad Ardakan Zoroastrian Association has reported on the renovation of the Narsi Abad building in Pir-e-Sabz, which was made possible through donations.
According to a report from Sharifabad Ardakan Zoroastrian association, with view to the deteriorating condition of the building, the Association decided to restore and renovate the Narsi Abad building.
In this regard, the Sharif Abad Ardakan Zoroastrian Association is executing the project with the support of the Narsi Abad Zoroastrian Association and the Narsi Abad community.
Pir-e-Sabz (Chakchak) is an ancient shrine located 68 km northeast of Yazd province, nestled in the “Kharanak” mountains of Ardakan city. Zoroastrians, adhering to age-old traditions, gather to pray at this holy site every year from the 24th to the 28th of the month of Khordad.
