The second season of restoration and reconstruction of the alleys in the Zoroastrian area of Mazraeh-ye Kalantar has been completed, bringing renewed beauty to the place.
As part of efforts to improve rural infrastructure, the Mazraeh-ye Kalantar Council, in cooperation with the Yazd Province Housing Foundation, began the second phase of alley reconstruction. Esfandiar Izadi, Chairman of the Mazraeh-ye Kalantar Council, previously informed Amordad about the project’s progress. He explained that with the commencement of repairs and reconstruction of the main street, the head of the Yazd Province Housing Foundation, along with officials from Meybod city, visited the area to oversee the work.
During the visit, discussions were held with the council and local leaders, resulting in plans for future repairs to some of the roads, contingent on their inclusion in development plans. Now that the restoration is complete, the place presents a fresh charm, especially during autumn strolls.
Previously, Amordad had reported on a new phase of air infrastructure development, including the renovation of the pool in the area. You can read the full interview with Esfandiar Izadi and find further details about the reconstruction process on Amordad’s website.
