The supervisors overseeing the visit of ministers from ECO member countries have decided to exclude Dowlatabad Garden in Yazd from hosting any major events for the upcoming meeting. During a session with senior provincial managers, it was clearly stated that the garden has two significant issues, one being the insufficiency and unsuitability of its sanitary facilities. Due to these concerns, Dowlatabad Garden is unable to host any key programs, including the ministers’ dinner, and its hosting role for the ECO meeting has been canceled.
One of the main topics discussed by the organizers of the ECO ministers’ visit was ensuring access to clean and adequate sanitary facilities. This issue was a priority as the meeting is scheduled to be held in Yazd in about 40 days.
