In the 1402-1403 academic year’s cultural and artistic competitions, Paniz Farahi Yazdi earned first place in the Tehran region. Competing within Tehran Province’s 4th Education Region, Paniz excelled and claimed the top spot.
A gifted young artist, Paniz has received training in Naqali—particularly the recitation of the Shahnameh—from her instructor, Mobedyar Pariya Mavandi. She is also an active member of the Iranian Zoroastrians’ Naqali group.
Born on Bahman 21, 1388 (February 10, 2010), Paniz is the daughter of Mahtab Bastani and Farbod Farahi Yazdi. She is currently an eighth-grade student at Saba High School.
