The 25th death anniversary of the late Goharbanu Jamshidi, the first midwife of Kerman, was observed on Thursday, the 25th of Amordad, at Darmehr Dowlatkhane in Kerman.
The ceremony began at 6:00 p.m. with Mobed Mehran Shahriari reciting passages from the Avesta. Attendees were offered traditional treats, including Yashte (recited Avesta), fruit, lark, sirog, and komach. Below are some photos from the event:
