Engineer Yazdan Houshvar, married to Khoubchehr Keshavarzi, a learned lady and outstanding engineer, Khoubchehr Keshavarzi, and a member of Iran’s prestigious architectural association, passed away.
The last work of Yazdan Houshvar is called Damghan Garden. His wish was to create a typical Iranian garden together with his wife, an agricultural engineer, and thus the first park/garden in Semnan province was built with the goal of supporting the traditional and native architecture of our county. Registration of Damghan Iranian Garden in the UNESCO National Commission’s list of cultural gardens and receiving the UNESCO National Medal is one of the honors of Khoubchehr Keshavarzi and her husband, Yazdan Houshvar.
Following are the responsibilities held by Yazdan Houshvar: member of the board of architectural and environmental consulting engineers; member of the Iranian Association of Architects; member of the board of directors of Iranian Jahan Bagh Studies Institute; Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Interior; Deputy director of Civil Engineers of Kerman Governorate; member of the Council of the joint fund of municipalities; a visiting professor of Azad University (South Branch), and guest professor of Nahavand Higher Education Institute.
He is a member of the Board of Architectural and Environmental Consulting Engineers, a member of the Iranian Association of Architects, Hammond, the Board of Directors of the Jahan Bagh Iranian Studies Institute, the Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Interior, the Deputy Director of Civil Engineering of Kerman Governorate, a member of the Joint Fund Council of Municipalities, a visiting professor at Azad University, South Branch and professor The guest of Nahavand Higher Education Institute is considered to be from the background of Houshvar Houshvar, this architect and urban designer.
Following were among Houshvar’s professional activities: Comprehensive engineer of Arak University; Plan manager of Arak University, faculty of Basic Sciences, plan engineer of all the educational and non-educational buildings of Arak University campus, plan engineer of development and construction of Bandar Lengeh and Bandar Gange; comprehensive plan manager of Bandar Lengeh district, and manager of the detailed plans of Bandar Lengeh and Bandar Gang.
