Now being the time for registration of first grade students for the academic year 1402-1403, with a pre-set program, Parvaresh pre-school girls visited Guiv primary school and got acquainted with the staff and teachers, and the educational environment there.
On the morning of Saturday, Ordibehesht 9, 1402 (30 April 2023), the newly registered students, coming from Dr Bahram Parvaresh kindergarten, met with the first-grade teacher of Giv Primary School. The teaching staff and Roshan Goshtasbi, the Zoroastrian religious teacher, welcomed them.
Guiv primary schools for girls, with more than 70 years of outstanding educational experience, is one of the six schools sponsored by Tehran Zoroastrian Association. Guiv girls’ primary students have shone in the Jaber-ebn Hayam is one of the school’s honors. Ranking first and second in the 39th cultural and art competition (“The Future” festival) was another success that the girls earned for Guiv school, in 1401. The school again shone in the 38th sports, cultural and art competition of Area 6 pf Ministry of Education, by winning first to third places in the sports, cultural and creative fields. In the academic year of 1398-1399, Guiv Girls’ primary school achieved runner-up place in the province, with the best score among schools of Area 6. Two primary school students were admitted to Farzanegan Talent High School last year. Regarding the educational environment, fundamental improvement and reconstruction of parts of Giv Girls’ Primary School have been completed with the financial assistance of donors, in the academic year 98-99.
