The funeral ceremony of the late Golrokh Mehri was held on Ordibehesht 2, 1402, in Qasr Firouzeh, Zoroastrian cemetery in Tehran.
The late Golrokh Mehri was seriously injured in the fall of 1362 following the brutal incident of a gas station explosion. Her husband, the late Eng. Dariush Shahzadi, joined the martyrs of our motherland. In this ceremony, Mehrangiz Shahzadi, the son of Mobed Mobedan Shadarvan Rostam Shahzadi and the sister of the late engineer Dariush Shahzadi; Dr. Esfandiar Ekhtiari, representative of Iranian Zoroastrians in the parliament, and Tajgohar Khodadadkouchaki, the mother of the deceased engineer Farhad Khadem, honored her memory in a speech. Dr. Ekhtiari, on behalf of Zoroastrian associations and institutions, prayed for peace for the deceased.
