Jamshid Jam Primary School Parent–teacher association Elections were held in the first days of the academic year 1401-1402.
Aria Shadfar, Soroush Namiri, Metsa Rostami, Farshid Nikfam, and Keikhosrow Samiakalantari were elected as the main members of the parent-teacher association of Jamshid Jam boys’ primary school. In this program, in which parents of the students attended, on Mehr 11, 1401, at the invitation of principal of the primary school, Noushin Pashutan, the principal, presented a report on last year’s performance of the Zoroastrian school and the staff, to the parents and also spoke about the different issues of the school.
At the end of the meeting, nine parents were nominated to join the association After counting the votes, the parents’ representatives to the association were nominated. This association consists of 5 main members, one of whom is the president, one is the vice president, one is the secretary, and two are the members. Two substitute members were also selected in this election. In the meetings of this association, the principal of the school, the vice principal, and a representative from among the teachers are also present. The standard of education and children and juniors depends on close coordination and efforts made by the home and the school.
Jamshid Jam Primary School, one of the six schools of the Tehran Zoroastrian Association, was founded in 1285 and accepted Zoroastrian students from the first grade to the sixth grade.
