Dr. Farnaz Ostovari was recognized as one of the 20 leading women in British software engineering to win the 2022 Makers Award.

The name of Dr. Farnaz Estavari, a young Iranian Zoroastrian, is among the top 20 British women in software development in 2022. Dr. Farnaz Ostovari has been honored for her constructive role and participation in various scientific and professional fields in the UK.
Farnaz is daughter of Farah Kaviani and Sohrab Ostavari, born in 1988 in Tehran. She studied high school up to the third grade in Iran and went to and went to England to continue her education. This successful young lady holds a Ph.D in physics from Imperial College London and holds two Master of Engineering degrees in Mechanics and Physics (material). She has worked as a software engineer and data engineer at Kin and Carta.
