In the 34th sports committee meeting sports data processing and the opening of sports leagues with vaccination mandates was reviewed.
The Zoroastrian Students association informs that the 7th meeting was held virtually, due to COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting was attended by 15 representatives of Zoroastrian associations, organizations, and clubs across the country. As the first item in the agenda of the meeting, a report on the sports data process was presented by Shahab Farhadian, secretary of the Zoroastrian Students Association, which included number of participants in this data collection, separated according to their specialized sports.
The committee members agreed that this data collecting process should be followed up and in order to do accurate data processing, sufficient time should spent on it for achieving required results. They also reminded that this activity cannot be completed voluntarily, and an axis should be found for committee members in different age groups in order to obtain the ground for the sports activities. In this respect, suggests were made, like cooperation with the religion group, sports commissions, associations, coaches and team supervisors, and also using computer archives of all participants in various leagues.
The second item on the agenda was about cross-country vaccinations. The representatives of the institutions talked about the level of their activity in the cities and their views on the activities of the Zoroastrian sports community. The preparedness of the teams, participants and the athletes should be evaluated and then the games should start.
