A meeting of Zoroastrian women was held on the topic of Prevention of body and brain ageing.
The meeting started with the Avesta recitation by Simindokht Khodadadi. Next, Dr. Mehrnoosh Mehrabani, a neurologist, gave a speech about how to prevent the aging of the brain and nerves and the age-related damage to the muscles, joints, and brain and the ways to prevent it. In his speech, Dr. Mehrabani stated that proper exercise, avoiding stress, proper diet, and using supplements and antioxidants are the best ways to prevent brain and body aging. She considered using foods containing omega-3, vitamin E, group B vitamins, and Q10 and the Mediterranean diet to prevent brain and body aging.
